The latest version of our app now provides base support for Mi Band 4, 5, and 6, requiring the Mi Fit app to run in the background. We are also excited to introduce an experimental feature that allows users to enjoy additional language options, including English and Russian.

This application unlocks numerous functionalities for Xiaomi Mi Band devices including Mi Band 1s Pulse, Mi Band 2, Mi Band 3, and Mi Band 3 NFC. Users can now monitor their heart rate continuously with these devices.

Setting specific training goals, such as fat burning or muscle development, is simplified with our app. The Mi HR app assists users during workouts by giving real-time advice on adjusting exercise intensity, helping to maintain the target heart rate zone for a more effective and enjoyable session.

Post-workout, users can analyze heart rate data through detailed graphs within the Mi HR app. This feature facilitates better understanding of personal progress and aids in making informed adjustments for future workouts.

Recognizing that fitness enthusiasts often use multiple devices to track their activities, we have integrated synchronization with popular fitness tracking platforms like Strava, Runtastic, and Runkeeper for Mi Band 1s, Mi Band 2, Mi Band 3, and Mi Band 3 NFC.

Moreover, Mi HR users have the option to export their heart rate data directly into the Apple Health app.

As we continuously enhance the application, we remain committed to meeting the needs of our Premium Members. They benefit from unlimited continuous heart rate monitoring and can make use of the smart alarm feature that gently awakens them during light sleep for a more refreshing start to the day.

We also provide support for app notifications. It is important to note that prolonged continuous heart rate monitoring may impact battery life significantly.

Please be aware that this application requires a Xiaomi Mi Band 1s, Mi Band 2, Mi Band 3, or Mi Band 3 NFC to function properly. Additionally, this is not an official Xiaomi application and has no affiliation with the Xiaomi company.
